sleeve 4 me

Hi Weigh8nomor! OMGosh! When I got my surgery date I was totally off track! You are not going to believe this, but I had top braces put on to fix 2 teeth and I couldn't eat and it really helped me get on track lol! And the fact that the surgeon told me to NOT gain and actually try to lose was a HUGE motivation for me. My preop is on 8/18/10 so I knew I needed to lose something. I am using the weight watcher points system right now and it's working. I will continue to use this system after my surgery. The sleeve will help me as a tool for portion control :-).
