Wow! Aug 27th will be here before you know it!! The whole experience is kind of mind-blowing, it is soooo life changing! I am so happy with my decision to do it and will never look back. I have absolutely no problem getting my fluids in and I am taking a gummy vitamin twice a day. Protein is hard, because I really haven't found a protein source that I can stomach. I am going to work really hard to make sure my food sources are as high in protein as possible. Learning to eat for your body and not your head is really a new concept, and I am learning every day. I cant help but feel excited when I think about where I will be weight-wise next summer.

The procedure itself wasn't too bad so try not to worry too much. The first few hours after surgery were pretty uncomfortable but I think that goes with any surgery. I had mine about 6 in the evening and by morning I had NO pain or nausea! I hope your procedure goes just as smoothly.
