My knees started feeling way better once I hit the 160's. Literally at 169, 168 I could finally feel the difference.

I saw my orthopedic surgeon in June 2009. Started wls classes through Kaiser in January 2010. And had my sleeve done August 2010. Had plenty of time to think, pray, research

I do not exercise I eat lots of carbs (but I do eat protein first, most of the time) I do not eat food for breakfast, I have a light venti frap instead I drink diet soda

You are so sweet, I haven't done it yet but if I had the money I would so do it now! Hopefully sometime in the future

Welcome to VST! and congrats on getting sleeved

OK my peeps! We started the day early! Preparing, setting up and camera ready. I was taking pics of my hubby cleaning a mirror and noticed, dare I say, a thin lady in the reflection and guess who?????? It was meeeeeeee :wink1:...I had to take a picture, so I could actually see it again and that is was just not my eyes playing tricks on me lol. My hubby also took some random shots of me and YUP it's the thin me :smile1:....I AM SO HAPPY and THANKFUL to GOD for my sleevie! I LOVE MY SLEEEEEEEEVE!!!!! P.s. Also included is my new LBC (S) my hubby bought for my birthday! Today I turned 44 years old :smile1:

I'm so happy to see that 1-5 lbs. (so far) is what seems to be weight gained for a sleeve patient. I am 14 months out and I'm still in that category as well. After Thanksgiving I lost any weight ever gained and actually dropped an additional .4 and dropped to 144.3, so far, so good...yayyyy! Thank you sleevie!
