The whole premise for me starting to weigh once a week was to BREAK THE CHAINS of that scale...I was weighing morning, noon, and night some days! It was HORRIBLE!
A once a week weigh in also gives accountability for me and maybe for others even if one does weigh daily .
Also, I want to see over a long period of time if it helps or hurts to weigh weekly. So far for my peace of mind its so much better to weigh in weekly, but I do admit I've cheated lol...
