ISN'T IT THE BEST FEELING EVER????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was the same way. Had various sizes in my closet because I could easily gain weight back in a flash, then gain and gain, lose, lose, gain, gain UGH! I've been in maintenance for 10 months now and the same size and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I eat normal bites, but I eat too fast and that there is the problem for me I need to practice chewing, chewing, chewing!!! But yes you will be able to take normal bites eventually.

I LOVE InStyle magazine!!! Really great tips and look a likes on high fashion to affordable fashions. Also watching NOT WHAT TO WEAR helped me a ton as well. Also I am blessed to have a 15 yr. old daughter who gives me good tips as to what is in and trendy ...sometimes tries to dress me too young, but then I just blame it on a mid life crisis and the fact that my 30's were stolen from me by being obese, and now I'm just catching up with fashion LOL... -
Girrrrl, the gel mani was a failure LOL! They were chipped by day 6 boooooooo!!!!!!!!! I use a lot of hand sanitizer at the gym, and wash dishes, and clean, etc...maybe that's why??
