Hope I'm not too late. Harbor City Kaiser is a bariatric center of excellence, only 200 hospitals nationwide have a bariatric center of excellence (there are over 200 hospitals in CA alone). Check into it! I hear Dr. Zane is one of the best. -

Well I did it! I stepped on the scale today and it was NOT GOOD NEWS! BUT the good news is I STEPPED ON THE SCALE! I don't care what anyone says but I HAVE TO weigh in daily to keep myself on track. I hadn't weighed in 3 weeks!!! I did start counting points today, and I did well! I just found out my pre op appointment is 8/18/10 and I hope to lose at least 10 lbs by then! Thank you all! -
