The key is sleevie. He just doesn't let me eat as much as I used to. That's how I'm able to keep it off. It literally hurts if I take one bite too many. I just spit it out. I don't like pain lol. I do exercise. Zumba at leat 2x a week. I love hiking and walking. I also do weights and treadmill (need to get back to more of that). I eat everything now (at first bread was difficult to eat, but not any longer), but try to eat healthy for the most part, then when I don't I'm ok. Best wishes to you on your journey

When your young you always hear time goes by sooo quickly and OMG it really does!!!! I'm thankful to be almost 46 (in November). And with sleevie I'm really living the best me I can be. Thank you so much You're so sweet. No plastics, although I would love a lower body lift LOL! I try and work out at least 2 hours a week (zumba). I need to get back to at least 4-5 days a week on my non zumba days. Thanks so much!!! I would LOVE to have plastics done, but can't afford it :-(...at this time of my life I'm really just learning to appreciate me just the way I am and appreciate this weight loss. I always try and remember how far I've come and where I could be and remain thankful ...thanks so much!!!

    Feeling Guilty

I am scheduled to have my surgery August 27th. It has been about 1 year in the works with having to attend seminars, options, meeting surgeons, etc. I have prayed over having the surgery and have not made this decision hastily. As a Christian, I sometimes feel guilty that I am not able to lose the weight on my own, using self control. Does anyone else feel this way?

    Feeling Guilty

Hi sweetie!!!! Well here I am almost 3 years out (8/27/13) and I'm SOOOOO HAPPY that God opened the doors for me to walk through! I am currently 5-6 lbs over my normal bmi goal weight 3 years later and THAT IS TRULY A MIRACLE. I'm still wearing the same clothes from 5/11 when I reached my goal, and THEN SOME LOL! I'm fit and healthy and feel SOOO BLESSED!!!! Thank you God for my sleevie wonder ...best wishes!!!!
  15. Almost 3 years post op and still lovin my sleevie wonder :) !!!

  16. They don't bother me at all ...I started drinking sodas at around 11 months post op. I don't drink them AT ALL LIKE I USED TO (pre-op). 1-2 cans a day is about it now, where as before it was more like a 2 liter or more a day YIKES!
  17. Remembering our fallen hero's today and their families...WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU!

  18. Hi there! I actually just incorporate the Protein into the ww program. On ww I get 26 points per day and 45 bonus points per week (to use in one shot or to spread out within the 7 days). On the ww program FRUIT and VEGGIES are 0 points WHICH IS AWESOME. I typically eat grapes, melons, bananas, oranges and cherries. And I love carrot chips with fat free ranch (which is 1 point per 2 tablespoons). OK here's a typical day while trying to lose weight, not maintenance, so less calories (approx times): 5:30 am Premier Protein shake 6:30 am fruit (unlimited) 7:30 am. 1 or 2 boiled eggs or protein shake 9:00-10:00 am. carrot chips (unlimited) with ff ranch 11:00-12:00 p.m. Starbucks venti caramel frap lite or something 6-8 points, but I like my frap so yeah 1:00 pm (if hungry fruit or veggies) 3:00 pm Protein Bar and or almonds 4:30-5:30 gym (zumba or weights) I don't give myself exercise points 6:15 pm 4 or 5 egg white omelette with mushrooms, green bell peppers, ham, onion, and fat free cheese MM MM GOOD!!!!!!! 7:00 pm close it up with a diet Dr. Pepper or Diet Pepsi, I'm super full by then and STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN. Hope it helps!
  19. OK y'all just wanted to check in. I have 2.4 lbs. to be back at my normal BMI goal, sigh !!! As I unfortunately found out, YOU CAN GAIN WEIGHT BACK, they KEY (at least for me) has been to FACE THAT TRUTH and never allow it get out of control ever again, and always get back to the basics (protein, Protein, protein). Which I have known, I'm just STUBBORN LOL! But I'm sooooo thankful for people like feedyoureye, NtvTxn, Ms Skinniness, iegal, and many many others who NEVER stop sharing that positive reinforcement! Don't ever give up on us guys! We will eventually get it !!!! I hope check back here reeeeeal soon to say I'm back at goal, until then keep keeping on and go drink a Protein Shake LOL!

    Super Saturday Weigh In

I'm stable (Not likely to change (back that is) or fail; firmly established) LOL! I have to keep reminding myself I didn't gain this weight back overnight and I can't lose it overnight. I'm seriously changing some bad habits and keeping on! My 3 year anniversary is August 27th and I have exactly 4.0 lbs. to be back to my normal bmi goal weight...I would love to do it by then! Fingers (and toes) crossed
