Also, remember that everyone loses differently too...I've only lost 10 lbs. so far (since surgery) in 19 days, where some people have lost 20 lbs. in a week. The awesome thing is that it will eventually come off, and I'm so grateful for the people at this site who have helped me to remember that as well .

Please know that's totally normal...totally how I felt! I promise! I was SOOO out of it! I didn't feel like being around anyone either, it was TERRIBLE! I think it's also because we're so weak. We are basically starving you know. We have no energy or strength and that's depressing! And remember that everyone heals differently. I wanted to cry when I would see posts where people were out and about just after 1 week, I was like HOW in the world??? What's wrong with ME??? But we are all different...Just know this too shall pass

OK I was trying to find the shoes I wore with that new outfit but since I got them at Ross they are probably last season, but these are similar (except no zipper on front, small zipper on the side)...you need to get you some shoes too girl! Isn't it a trip how little we eat???? OK you know this is not just for a few weeks or months but FROM NOW ON?? I just said this to my hubby last night. It's amazing!!!! We went to our favorite mexican whole in the wall and shared his plate (huevos rancheros). I had one of his eggs and 2 teaspoons of beans, crazzzzy right???? Before I would have had TONS of chips and salsa and a WHOLE plate to myself. It's kinda hard to wrap my mind around it seriously!!! But that's the way we are ultimatley going to reach our goal and MAINTAIN it .

Girrrrrl it didn't seem so fast at first! It was terrible the first few days, but got better with each passing day ...I think my age may have had something to do with it too (speaking for myself now), because I notice the young'ins seem to heal faster LOL!
