Hahahahaha! Girrrrl believe me I tried but it hurt too much, I was literally crying and praying and pushing (funny now, but NOT then) and BAM finally came out LOL...I'm NOT GOING THROUGH THAT AGAIN. I'm not going to STRESS myself out with all the Protein seriously. I've gotta add Fiber everyday from now on. I've been eating oatmeal and fruit, and I'm gonna try that orange juice and prune juice mix too . -
The first days were terrible for me. Every day gets better. By day 14 I was feeling great ...

You're right! I'm too hard on myself
. I'm going to lighten up LOL! OH NO! I literally hate throwing up, so I make sure to STOP immediatley when I feel the slightest feeling of full LOL! So what did you eat when you got the ok to eat anything LOL???? For some reason I want bread LOL, but my surgeon said bread doesn't go down well, but that's all he told me. Have you tried bread yet??? -

Yes, tomorrow is my 1 month anniversary. I don't go back until October 21st...which is so weird since I can start eating all foods October 7th. You would think they would see me before that??? How are you doing??? I'm getting really frustrated with eating. I feel full and it's SOOOO difficult getting food in. It's terrible trying to eat when you feel full
...And I know I'm not losing because I'm not eating like I should. And I know I'm not getting fiber in like I should. I'm almost feeling like the first couple of days out ...sorry to vent. -

I agree!!!! It's TERRIBLE trying to eat and feeling full! I CAN'T DO IT! I know I'm not losing because I'm not eating enough, and to top it off since I started my period I'm so nauseous I can't eat the little I was eating ...I know I need to get my Protein in, and Fiber, but it's so difficult, it's really starting to get on my nerves :w00t: !!!! -
I should have started my period yesterday. I'm typically every 28 days on the dot and still haven't started. This would be my first period after my sleeve. Is it normal to be late the first period after??? And I'm definitely NOT preggers. What's going on :thumbup1: Please help!

How are you doing???? How did everything go with the surgery??? I was so out of it during you're surgery date. It was terrible for me

Girrrl, I thought the same thing...I'm 1 month out tomorrow and have only lost 13 lbs. so you are doing AWESOME compared to me LOL! I know it will eventually come off, so no rush, as long as it does come off.

Concrete bowels is truly the WORD! I was literally crying:crying:! OMGOSH!!! OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH...Finally passed, but then later followed by liquid bowels:confused1: which I seriously don't understand...I'm so worried about getting all the Protein in, I don't have room for other foods ...But I think I'm gonna have to make some room, I DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN:svengo:!!! OK my peeps I started last night (5 days late)...I had terrible nausea, I couldn't even eat anything for dinner yesterday, and different type cramps last night (burning). So far the flow seems normal. This is so weird.
