Yes I get the foamies and slimy spit...One night I had to keep a towel on my night stand, because I had to keep spitting, eeewwww so gross! I read that it's from eating too fast??? Ok foods I found to not go down well is bread so far (white grain), it felt terrible going down. I don't want to eat it again.

DO NOT STAY IN HOLLYWOOD LOL!!!! I'm orignially from the San Fran Bay area, and wanted to visit Hollywood so bad...my hubby took me and I was SHOCKED! Not at all what I imagined lol. In case some of you are wondering how much (some of) you will be able to eat after your surgery I wanted to share this picture with you . I am 6 weeks out and this was my lunch today...a small, narrow, thin piece of veggie gourmet pizza from Round Table, and I AM STUFFED TO THE BRIM. And I don't eat the hard crust edge. It's such a miracle for me because I could eat at least 4 regular pieces before the surgery. This tool is truly a miracle. -

Ahhhh the good ole days LOL! I was right there with ya! I could down a HUGE burrito, rice, beans and chips and salsa, and then after while crave something sweet, what the heck????...it's amazing to see the transformation! Now everyone I see eating, over eats too me lol -

Regular crust...they asked if I wanted pan, I was like no way, for fear it may get stuck ouch! I put some regular size paper clips at the side of the plate to show just how small it actually was ...I'm hoping to be able to eat a regular size pc. of pizza soon, I really think I need to eat more, especially for energy -
Thanks sleeve sista's...I really think I'm more excited about the fact I weigh lessthan my hubby now, than the 20 lbs. LOL! I love that we can relate to one another and totally understand that ...it's so cool be able to share it with you guys!

food is soooo much better now. I was at the point where I couldn't stand it and didn't want to eat at all. I am now eating my favorite things, just smaller amounts (as you can see ). I would always get a venti size light frap now I'm SUPER content with a tall . I'm lovin it! -
I was just made aware that almonds (nuts) have tons of protein, and that is so awesome! I can not drink another shake right now period lol!

Dr. Zane said he only uses a size 32 ...I tried white grain bread today and it was terrible!!! Dr. Zane did tell me bread is typically difficult to get down, but I just wanted to try it lol. It gave me pain and felt stuck, no more bread for me (at least white grain). Congrats on your weight loss -

Cons Gas pain was terrrrrible first week At first not being able to drink or eat anything without that pain Feeling depressed, and having those what the heck did I do moments (this was really bad) Not having any energy due to the fact not eating enough Hating food moments, because not enjoying it anymore Foods tasting totally different than before the surgery Not being able to drink with my meals, I reallllly miss that alot...and not being able to drink diet soda with meals I just stopped using pepcid a few days ago, and my tummy feels weird after eating now (going to find out what that's about at next appt) Pros Feeling really good about myself Wearing a size 12 and dropping (been over 18 years ago since I've worn that size) Knees feel better I'm NOT heavier than my hubby anymore...thank GOD! My mother who was home with me (while hubby was at work) first couple of weeks after surgery saw what I went through and just asked me last week, "so was it worth it" and said "YES" with a huge smile on my face!!! It's a great tool -
5 days til surgery and I'm SCARED!!!!
