Exactly! He was very nice initially, but was trying too hard to be funny! What if I had a sickness and just couldn't eat? Or what if I was truly struggling with an eating disorder? I just don't think I have to share that I had wls just so they feel better. It's not about them. By the way after he saw how little I ate, he kept pushing the dessert and kept asking if we wanted some chocolate cake to go, what the heck lol...now that was annoying!!!

It's normal...I was the same at week 5. By week 6 it got better for me, and continues to get a little better.

On another note, we are saving soooo much money it's incredible!!! LOL!!! I still can't believe the way I used to eat ...and how America eats.

I think I may have had a set back tonight ...I can't explain it really, just that I feel sad and a somewhat scared and tired. Scared because I really don't care to eat food at all. I'm sick of basically everything in this mushie stage. I feel no hunger. Everything is just BLAH. I move to all foods next Thursday, and I'm worried that all foods will have this same effect on me. I'm really trying to stay positive, it's just soooooo hard. IS THIS NORMAL at this point?? so close to the all food stage??? Has anyone gone through this at my same stage?? I know I've heard it will pass, but WHEN?????? I almost feel like I did (emotionally) the first week out of surgery. What's wrong with me??? sniff, sniff. Thanks for listening and letting me vent .

OMGOSH GIRL! Poor you!!! I was wondering where you've been ...Father help my sleeve sister, heal her body, and give her peace, in Jesus name!!!! My uvula was pretty messed up after surgery, and it's much better now...give it some time hugs!!!!

My cloud lifted day 14, but I still struggle from time to time. One of my issues right now is that I don't enjoy food anymore, and that's depressing for me but I know I will get through it.

All I know is that I miss those darn diet soda's soooo much especially diet A & W...I may try them again, but only after I've reached my goal

Everyone is different...I've been right where you are...it's such a terrible feeling. I didn't realize this would be one of the most difficult issues to deal with after surgery. You just can't imagine it, when you love food. All I can say is it will get better. I don't stress myself out any longer. I try to eat as much as I can, and if for some reason I don't, I don't. I do notice if I don't eat, I'm super tired. So I do try and get down as much as possible, and make sure to take my vitamins ...IT WILL GET BETTER

That is awesome! I'm currently wearing size 12 jeans from kohls, so I'm right behind ya -I too was a 14 or 16 misses depending on style. Yesterday I bought a pair of size 8 Bill Blass jeans at Marshalls for $12.99. They are NOT true 8's at all, maybe 10's, and I can't wait to wear them
