Girrrrrl I totally get you!!! I know, I know, I know!!! TRUST ME!!!! I will be out 8 weeks on Friday, and it has gotten better with time. What you are feeling is normal...it doesn't mean it feels good ,,,it's a terrible feeling, we will get through it together I don't even worry about the Protein anymore, I just can't. I try to eat more protein type foods (beef, cheese, yogurt) but I don't stress about it, I just can't anymore. -

It's totally up to you! I still haven't told any of my in laws and I'm not sure if I'm going too. I also some of our friends this past weekend and they kept going on and on about how much weight I've lost and I said thank you and didn't say anything about my sleeve. And there are other times where I've told total strangers about it lol... -
