They stressed to me before I left the hospital and at my post op not to get pregant, so it's probably a good thing. It gives you time to heal properly . Hugs

How Long to take Off from Work?

I took 4 weeks off and I'm so glad I did. I didn't feel ok until day 14. I had terrible gas pain and it was super difficult to drink or eat anything. I was weak and could barely shower and get dressed. I could nap or lay down to rest at any time. -

I really really wish I would have had the doctor take some pictures of mine before and after...see if your surgeon will do that humpty ...seriously! it shouldn't be a problem since they are already using a camera to guide them. I think it would have helped me big time to understand things a lot better (gas pain, drinking, etc.).
