Girrrrl I feel you! I lost 10 lbs. very slowly the first month and didn't start losing again til mid 2nd month...the good news is, it will come off
, slowly but surely. Now I'm 11 weeks and if I lose 1.2 by next Friday I will have lost 30 lbs. in 12 weeks (10 lbs per month). I know some have lost that in 1 month, but as long as it comes off, that's the most important thing -

You're right humpty ...Ok my peak weight, that I'm aware of, was 234 in 2004. And I only say that because I was always so afraid to get on the scale). ...I started Options at 218 and my weight after Options was 216, and that's when I started on this site ...THEN I got to 204 for my sleeve surgery yayyy.

I knoooow he's lost a lot of weight. I don't think he had wls that I know of. I think a lot of celebs do it under cover lol...
