Ok didn't have time to do my workout dvd...my did do my arm reps and went grocery shopping at Sam's right after work and put up my Christmas tree (that took 2 1/2 hours standing) so I guess that's like a work out lol...I'm super sore and TIRED!!! I need to get up early and do my dvd workout first thing in the a.m., it's sooooo hard. -

I'm stuck at 174.0...but finally got my butt moving on Sunday. I met with some so cal sleevers on Saturday and it really inspired me to get moving. I'm also finally back to drinking my protein shake in the morning instead of my fraps lol. And I'm trying to eat better and more. I am happy with my progress, but I want to utilize this tool to the FULLEST
and reach my goal of 140 whoo hoo! -

Ok I started off with arm reps today. Then went on a bike ride (after bike ride hit the couch and when I got up, I was so dizzzzy, so out of shape ). Then went to Best Best and got a work out hip hop dance dvd. Thank GOD it's only 10 minutes each session (has 5 total, only did one)...the great news is I did it all with my daughter sniff, sniff, the bad news is I CAN'T SLEEP NOW hahahahahahha! My body MUST be in SHOCK!!! I started off late today, but I wanted to start today and not wait until tomorrow. I will start at 6am tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great week this week!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!! -

OK finally got my rear in gear today (bike riding, hip hop dvd) and NOW I CAN'T SLEEP LOL!!! I guess my body is in TOTAL SHOCK!!! LOL LOL LOL!
