I'm so discouraged ...after dancing with xbox kinect my knee is swollen/tight and full of fluid (super painful to bend), and I wasn't even doing it that hard (at 100%). I did this surgery hoping this would help my busted up knees and now I'm back to square one ...and since I can't take my motrin right now, I guess it's back to ice and knee brace for now UGH!! I will continue will my arm reps though. -
Scale is FINALLY moving. 7 wks today. 31 lbs down :-)

I'm in the Bay Area and staying at a hotel where I stayed years ago. I remember weighing myself here and was 220 today I'm 169 WOW...THANK YOU JESUS FOR MY SLEEVE!!!

I was never told to stop drinking coffee. I only drink lite caramel fraps from Starbucks, but it's still coffee.

I was told I'm thinking like a fat person! Could it be true?? I took back a bridesmaids dress that was tight (my hubby had to literally help zip me up lol) and that was uncomfortable (size 10) and got the bigger size (12) so I can eat this week
...I just really wanted to be comfortable...I think (and eat???) lol. I just didn't want to stress this week about it (and eat) lol -

I still haven't told any of my in laws...that's my choice. They have seen me up and down before, so this time is no different. Yeah they asked me, and I said I have seriously cut the portions down BIG time (and that is the truth lol). No one needs to know details. I'm sorry to say this, but those that are talkers are going to talk about you/us no matter what, that's just the way it is, trust me, so go with what you feel is right for you, and don't worry about anyone else...THIS IS YOUR LIFE
