I was drinking my lite fraps as soon as I got out of the hospital with my surgeons permission of course...are we not supposed to have caffeine LOL

At six weeks I could eat or drink anything (except soda of course)...but check with YOUR doctor

OK I've seen those Wacoal bras at Macy's and they are super expensive, BUT I have seen them on sale. Maybe I will try one next sale

I LOVE the corset bra at Fredricks. It held my DD's up and currently my 36 D ...I've gotten some on sale for as low as $9.99

He is the best! Best wishes to you! You are going to love your sleeve! I just went back to South Bay today for my 1st labs after surgery and everything came back normal yayyy! I'm actually ahead of schedule the doctor said and she even said I should reach my goal with no problem yayyyy! -

SO CAL get together-I'm changing the location of our meeting from PF Changs to the food court at the Tyler Mall. There are different places to choose from PLUS there will be enough room for all of us to sit together (right now we have 8 +), PLUS we can take as long as we would like . We are still meeting Jan 8th at 11 am.

My last big weight loss was back in 2004. I lost 46 lbs. on weight watchers going from 234 to 188 and gained 45 lbs. back ... I got down to 204 before surgery and really thought well maybe I can just do it without the surgery, thank God my hubby was there to remind me that it wasn't just about losing but keeping it off. I'm 166 now (4 months post surgery yesterday) and I'm so thankful I went with my sleeve. -
