How is it that I can weigh the EXACT same weight at night and in the morning the next day? Yesterday was my weigh in day, and I weighed at night before bed (after Breakfast, lunch, dinner, Snacks, etc), so I was excited and thought FOR SURE I would lose 2-3 lbs. this morning, but NADA. My hubby also weighed last night and was down 3 lbs. this morning. How is it possible to weigh the EXACT weight as the night before? Has this happened to anyone else? Interesting, just wondering... -

I was so happy to get in the 14s, then 12s, well I just skipped the 10's and now I fit in the 8's perfectly yay! GOD IS GOOD! AND I'm 9 lbs. away from being NORMAL weight! I truly can't believe it. I lost 3 lbs. last month, so I know how you feel. I try not to be discouraged about it because the good news is that I have not gained any weight back. Don't give up. Keep going and you will start to lose again -
