Thank you soooo much everyone! You are all sooo sweet! My Big Day-I still eat carbs, it's really the sleeve tool that helps me with portion control, and for me I think that's been the key to my weight loss. I do try and get the protein in before carbs though. I'm sure if I did watch my carb in take, I would probably be doing way better , but no complaints here, I HIKED THE GRAND CANYON (sorry I just can't believe it LOL). I am not consistent with exercise. I love hiking. I hiked a total of 9 miles since last Saturday and plan to do so more this Saturday. I did some swimming yesterday and today, and lots of walking shopping, so that's typically how I get my exercise in. Becca-awww love ya too sweetie!!! To all that said I look happy...I AM SOOOOO HAPPY!!!! I want to shout it from the mountain top LOL

Girrrl and remember I was at 234 at one time, so I thought I was lookin pretty good at 204.8...serioulsy LOL!

My orthopedic surgeon was the one that put my referral in for me and told me weight loss would help. I was skeptical, because I really didn't start feeling relief until I reached around 165 lbs. The weight loss obviously does not fix any of the permanent damage but after 2 knee surgeries (my left knee is partly bone on bone) all I can say is that the weight loss has helped me tremendously as fair as knee pain and movement goes. I see my orthopedic surgeon at the end of April and I'm going to take him a card and gift.
