I love the title of your post...I put the music from "I left my heart in San Francisco" with it cracking up!

I have arthritis in both of my knees, I've had knee surgery on both knees, bone on bone (left knee). Last year I could barely walk up the stairs of my own home . I was literally using a cane at one point. My ortho surgeon assured me that the weight loss would help me, and I was super skeptical since I really didn't start feeling relief until I hit around 165 lbs. My knees still crackle and crunch, but I don't have pain ...I am walking and hiking. I EVEN HIKED THE GRAND CANYON LAST WEEK (OK calming down now lol). My surgeon was soooo right. The weight was killing me. I literally felt disabled . I am living once again. The weight loss will not repair any permanent damage BUT it will take off the pressure from your knees. 1 pound equals 7 pounds of pressure on our poor knees.

Whew my DD girls have finally left the building, but it's a good thing. I was up to a 40 DD, then 38 DD, then a 36-34 DD (depending on style), and now I'm not sure of my exact size, but my bras starting feeling big again. I did finally buy a 38 full C minimizer last night and the back seems big since it's on the last hooks with ease, so I'm thinking I'm a 36 or 34 C ??? right where I would LOVE to be and where I was in my 20's, size wise that is...the girls have been through A LOT since then LOL (2 pregnancy's, 2 biopsy, weight gain, weight loss, poor girls LOL). I need to go for a proper fitting soon.

Dazy I had MANY "what have I done moments", especially during the first 3 months of my journey BUT I would do it again in a heart beat
