WOWWWWW! 600 calories a day??? How do you do it lol? I have 4.6 lbs. to my normal BMI goal and I know I'm eating too many calories. I started to journal yesterday and cheated and then just stopped journaling.

Yayyyyyy Julie! That is awesome! I have 4.6 lbs. to be a NORMAL weight yayyyyy! and 14.6 to be my DREAM weight ...I've totally reached my size goal. I just wanted to be a 10 again and today I'm wearing size 6 capris yayyyy! So it's alllll gooood!

When I was on Weight Watchers tracking was 99% of my success. When I would slack off tracking, I would stall or gain...WW's knows what they are talking about . Hugs! -

Thank God for brand new mercies each and every day ...YOU GO GIRL for getting back on track AND for your new size ...I say go with the smaller size because as you wear them they do stretch and get baggy. I just bought some new white capris for the summer (8) and they are baggy and I've only worn them once to work (and my boss said "your pants are big"). -
