I had a terrible time getting down fluids and Protein after surgery and also became depressed. Everyone told me it would get better with time, and it did! And it will for you too Congrats on your weight loss too

People have told me I look like I'm 125 lbs. (sigh) and can't believe my weight when I tell them...yayyy! -
My surgeon had told me that lettuce (ironically) would go down smoothly, and he was correct. I can eat a whole grilled chicken southwest salad from jack in the box with no problem (without the chips of course).

I always go up and down 1 to 2 lbs. never past that...It could be a number of things. That TOM, not drinking enough water, etc. -
