TOTALLY NORMAL ...I kept praying, and praying, if this is not your will God PLEASE don't let it happen...well here I am 9 months out today and couldn't be happier that I had my sleeve done.
My knees were giving out on me ...when I couldn't walk upstairs of my very own home, enough was enough. One of the best things I've ever done for myself.
Make sure not to serve yourself too much so you don't feel bad. I still have a problem doing that lol. Also, you will get used to making several meals out of one meal. If I don't finish my meal, it's usually the next days lunch
I'm totally eating like a SKINNY girl now! I'm so not used to this yayyyyy!
I'm almost 9 months out and my tummy still makes crazzzzy noises. I have an appointment next Friday and I'm going to ask about this. I hope it's not a bad thing, this late out.
Yes! And I can't tell you how many times, too many to count...I eventually stop, and start over again and go strong.
We will battle these demons for the rest of our lives (ugh) but we have a super tool that will help us get through it...yayyy sleevie!
WE WILL DO THIS!
Hey girlie! I've missed you! It's good to check in here as much as possible for support! We are all on this journey and need one another!
Today is a new start! You are sooo close to goal! I'm here for you
Lovin the new pic cute!
Ugh the dreaded stalls. We all go through them. It will be fine. You will eventually drop. Try not to stress, and enjoy your journey...hugs
Ps try NOT to weigh everyday, that's stressful, and does NOT help
I was a happy person before surgery, and now I think I'm just a happier person :-)...Also, I think I'm more opt to try new things. Ain't no stopping me now yayyyy!
I'M GOING TO DISNEYLAND (just kidding, couldn't resist) LOL
What's next? I'm not sure...probably going to finally take those surfing lesson/lessons I've always wanted to take, this summer.
YES I made goal today! I have a normal BMI now OMG! So surreal! I can't believe!!!!! Anymore weight lost is now icing on the cake !!! How are you doing my friend???
I emailed Kaiser and here's the response:
Yes you need to continue your Vitamins for a life time. Your labs were normal though we did not measure some of the Vitamin levels as you were not taking the supplements regularly. They will be measured at your next appointment. You may stop B1 or thiamine at this time. So your recommended vitamins are similar to what every woman should be taking.
A Multivitamin daily with ironVitamin D 1000, units daily
Calcium 1500 mg daily in 3 divided doses
B 12 monthly.
I totally need to get back on track and just make taking vitamins a part of my life for the rest of my life. It's good for me, so it's all good.
Thanks everyone!
