You sound totally like me right before surgery...I was like OK is this a sign about everything lol! Try to stay calm and just pray for peace ...everyones experience is different some people have pain, some can't drink, some have gas, some don't. Just know you will get through it!!! AND you will be sooooooo happy you did this! I know I totally sound like a BROKEN record but I couldn't walk up the stairs of my own home last year and here I am with a normal BMI and mobile, walking without pain. It's truly a MIRACLE! Take this blessing and run! Hugs! -

I met with that funny NUT you were talking about! I told him about our support group, he said he would come and speak lol!

Had my 9 month post op appointment! I officially hit the 40's yayyy! My lab work came back normal yayyy! The NUT said I need to eat something for breakfast and add fruit to my diet. I usually just drink an iced coffee. I also need to walk at least 30 min. 4 times a week. I MUST DO THIS

Size 32 and I am 9 months out and have lost 54,8 (so far ),,,my surgeon did say there is not a big difference, he just uses 32. -

I eat to live now, as where as before I literally lived to EAT! My relationship with food has TOTALLY changed. I think for me, eating A LOT was part of the joy I got from food. So now the relationship has just changed. I like food, but definitely don't LOVE it. So I guess in that respect it is kinda sad, BUT it's so worth it. I would do it again and again. Here I am 9 months out and with a normal BMI and living life to the fullest -
