I love the Wendy's half size salads...I usually get the southwest and order grilled chicken instead of the chilli, super good and good size. The dressing is very low fat/calories. -

Yes buy snug fitted clothes if possible...You can lose in big chunks from one week to the next. I literally skipped size 10 all together. So I started buying clothes that were snug and they would start fitting pretty quickly and lasted longer. -

I've totally been where you are at. I felt terrible, like a failure since I couldn't get the protein or water or Vitamins down...I know that feeling, Girrrl SHAKE THAT OFF and do your best! You will get through it! Look you almost hit your water goal for today and THAT IS AWESOME! Everything else will come eventually, you will see

I am trying to figure this out as well. I hit my goal May 25th and so far, so good. I go between 147-150. I really am not going to worry unless I continue to drop, then we have a problem. NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. -
