I had surgery in 2006, did very well lost 60 pounds quickly, then I had blockage and honestly got lazy and had the saline removed.  It's been removed for nearly 6 months and I've gained all weight back.  Now I want to get back to seriously watching what I eat and drink and also get my band tightened.  Started liquids today and will continue for this week.  Will look at having it tightened next week after stomach shrinks some.  My question is, I wonder if I've stretched my stomach too much and now the band will not work as it is suppose to.  If so, what next? Do I do Gastric????
