I am 5 months post surgery & having a big stomach issue. I get periodic stomach pain, so bad it hurts to take a deep breath. CAT scan showed the band is in place & no problem. I have GERD & Barrett's esphogus & wonder if I just was not a good candidate for lapband. I'm thinking of asking to have it removed, but I really still want to lose weight. Has anyone else had any problems? The pain can last about a week & then go away for a few weeks. I'm so depressed about this.
