    I was banded on july 13 and today im under a lot of stress and im tryin nt to eat cuz I realy can eat, I get my first fill on friday im strong welled but jus need a few words of encouragement, I have done good so far dwn 22 lbs

    My surgery was july 13 and my first fill isn't til Friday the 19th and I'm only dwn 10 lbs so I think ur doin good, I am a lil more hungry but I control my intakes and body, its like trying ur mind to have power over ur body that's what I do, good luck

    Wow good comments I was a little scared as I am going in on Friday for my first fill, I'm dwn 12 lbs since surgery and 22 all together wit pre surgery diet, praying that all is well for me on Friday because my appetite has increased since right after surgery
