Has anyone heard of S.T.A.F.F. (sisters training against fatigue fat)? This is a group of people who meet and work out with someone whom they pay 5 dollars a work out. I am interested in attending but scared to look really bad since i'm by no means the athletic type. I've seen some of the photos on the website, but i'm thinking i need to lose some weight or get athletic before showing up. My weight is 170lbs. but sure am not athletic. Is anyone out there near Memorial Park willing to take a few classes with this newbie? I'm looking at attending the 5 or 6 am class (Tuesday and Thursdays)
