Wow Day three here in Birmingham.... Every day gets better than the last.. went out to a funky little area here for dinner after the show... Mellow Mushroom.. caters to celiacs!!!! great kids working there...

Hi I am Vickie Pietz@ I was banded on July 20th... and am loving it. I take vitamist spray vitamins!! NO pills... they are absorbed 90% into the body within 30 seconds.. the company has data to back this up.. 4 sprays in the morning... 4 beford dinner... In Birmingham got my booth 90% set up... will take about another 30 min to complete.. then wait for showtime! Naturally the resturants in the hotel do NOT have a gluten free menu..... sigh

Had my fill today got 5cc wasnt bad... took less than 15 min...am sore though.. should have asked him if it was ok to work out tomorrow... It wasnt as bad as the pics show lol... I drove myself etc etc etc... on liquids for a couple days then go back to soft foods.. Doc told me I wouldnt be able to eat bread and meat... with celiac cant eat bread anyway.. some days I wonder just what planet I came from... lol

Tomorrow is my first fill... I am glad because since surgery I have felt no restriction at all. The celiac disease along with the band I honestly have no clue as to what to eat.. I am learning that it is ok to be hungry... The hardest part for me is the waiting to drink before and after I eat. I have not had any problems with the banding... hopefully tomorrow I will feel that restriction....I have eliminated 40 pounds. I am enjoying exercise more every time I go.. Love the part where my stomach is actually sore from working out!!!

Hi I was banded on July 20th! Going for my first fill on wed .... Have lost a total of 38 lbs since I started on the liquid diet July 6th.... I go to the gym regularly... but still get hungry....I also have celiac disease which limits my food choices big time! Vickie

To all you guys who "sag" your pants and show your butt and underwear....did you know it originated in prison? It was a signal to the other MEN that you are "available". So if you wanna keep going around looking like your "available" for another dude to "tap that"... then keep thinking your cool while I think you look like a Fool!!! BTW they call it PBS (Prison b***h Syndrome)
