Hello Everyone! I cannot digest whey Protein at all but found an egg white Protein powder today and was wondering if anyone has used it? I am really more concerned if it's the right kind of protein that our bodies can absorb and benefit from! Thx for the help! Loolu

Hi everyone! I need some ideas for some fast grab Proteins. I unfortunately can not tolerate Protein shakes and tend to just grab a cheese stick when I need something fast. My biggest problem is cheese sticks are getting real boring and I can't think of anything else that's fast and easy.
