Almost 4 years out VSG, successful in lifestyle changes. Never hit my goal of obtaining a normal BMI. 
Pending revision surgery to MGB in process for surgeon selection in Mexico, as MGB is not covered by my insurance in the US. I have lost about 60-70 pounds with the VSG for me to be normal BMI I need to come down another 45 pounds. I did have regain -  bounce back of about 12 pounds from my lowest VSG weight post op. It seemed almost a mystery, so I took it upon myself to explore further and seek out other medical professionals, a metabolic specialist, sleep specialist and BHRT hormone replacement therapy in addition to en endocrinologist who found I had Thyroid changes since VSG and have Hasimotos Disease, however my thyroid is still functioning. I encourage all of you to explore what is going on with your body, if you aren't seeing the results you expected and are doing everything right.
The good part of VSG is it worked in every way except the target weight, and want something more permanant for weight loss maintanence. I hope to meet others with failed sleeve to results and share my journey with you. I know there are alot of us out here, who have not reached our goal despite following the plan, and doing tons of exercise . I have never quit on myself or stopped working out or eating right. I encourage all of you here to do the same. We are only cheating ourselves if we don't do everything possible after being given a new life.
