I had debated the decision to have bariatric surgery for a while now.  It  became eaiser after I got down to 240 and then gained all but 20 lbs back
I though t" I need more help!".  I can never seem to keep the lbs off.  I pretty sure I am not the only person that feels as though food can be looked at and the
weight just piles on.  Right now I am in the stages of waiting on a referral from my insurance company!  I have one visit left with the psych doctor then they will have a
meeting and place the referral.  The nutritionist, Dr. Ray, and the  Psych MD.  dont believe I will have any  trouble getting through this process, but I have heard so many
horror stories of "dealing with the insurance company"  I am starting to feel skeptical about the whole thi ng.  I want this so badly.  Just to be healthy again is so important
to me.  I am still having some difficulty staying on track with my healthier eating life style.  But I keep aspiring to do better everyday.
