Today is July 13 , 2011 and i am only  hours away from my first pre op appointment with my surgeon before my Lap Band Surgery .  I am 28 Years Old , and I would have never thought that I would be where I am today.   But the road that brought me to this cross roads was filled with Weight Loss Achievements and Many Weight Loss Set backs , sprinkled with various health issues which only amplified any set back that I experienced .  At the age of 22 I was diagnosed with Severe Osteoarthritis in both my knees . It was tramatic ....Fast forward 3 years and I then get two knee surgeries , this is where my weight begins to truely balloon out of control . ....
