My name is Melissa. I turned 40 this year, and I am so ready for a change. I started my journey in January of this year, and I just finished my 6mo supervised diet with my pcp. I'm now waiting on pins and needles to see if my insurance will approve or not. I have followed all of the rules, and I'm praying that it will all work out. I'm tired of yo-yo dieting, and I can't keep living the way I am now. Something has got to change, and it's got to be me.
