hey I am three months out..and I am starting to miss pepsi..I used to drink diet coke and pepsi max..can I drink them now??I heared it could be bad for the sleeve..

WOW!then I think I should stay away from carbonated drinks since there is doubts..I hate to start gaining weight again!!

Me too..I alwayes dream that am commiting bad food crimes!!!sometimes I dream that I am eating very large quantities of food as I used to do before surgery..I hate that feeling

Yes!I noticed a change in tastes..What disturbs me the most is that I cant enjoy water as I used to before..now it has a weird taste :s I also noticed a change in my favourates list..I used to ADORE pizza but I cant stand even thinking about it now!!and it's ok with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and yeah ,I find sweet things very sugary and I cant take more than one bite occassionally..I am three months out now..

The last five days was painful like hell..am starting to get depressed..I am 7 weeks out and I have severe conistipation since the surgery..my doctor is strongly suggesting that i have anal fissure n i might need surgery..I cant go through another surgery this soon so I am trying conservative management..I dont sleep at night unless i have an injection to kill the pain..sad n depressed and I really need some hope..did any of u experience something like that??when?n what did u do??

I had mine 12 hours after surgery..the barium is awful i couldnt keep it down after the test..but i was glad that it was over..there is NO PAIN at all..

Can u people tolerate too HOT and too Cold food and drinks??am missing frozen yoghert but i dont dare to try...what about spicy food???

I have more 4 days to go now but the days are going so slow !!!

I cant help you since am still in the fluids phase so I am alwayes HUNGRY :'( it seems like forever to me

Hi everyone..am new here..am more then 3 weeks out..but am kind of confused about wt to do n how to do it..so i have some questions n I hope u guys help me: *I read here that most of you had the Fluid diet for only 2 wks..my doctor put me on it for a MONTH!so I am soo hungry now *How can I get enough Proteins??the things I read here like shakes and powder are not available in my country. *how did u start your excercise??I didnt yet..I have no energy at all..the least effort exhaust me..Is this normal?? I would really appreciate some tips..Thank u already
