5 months later and i'm 110lbs down, the experience was amazing , difficult at first but over all it was great. Dr. Maffei who at first i was hesitant about , turned out to be an amazing Surgeon and i would recommend him to anyone.

i have none of those symptoms so it's prob not a leak , it's prob just what i figured it was , i probably just have some inflammation from over working it too soon.

I just had my surgery on 7/15 , so this past Friday was my 2 week , i was told at that point i could start on soft mushee foods , on the list was finely chopped chili. I def over did it with that and i paid the price on saturday. My stomach was not hurting but def really gassy felt very bloated. No signs of any internal bleeding or anything from that i've seen so far. I'm feeling better but i think my stomach is irritated now. Even liquids make me feel full after a sip. So i think with what i did i may have caused some inflamation or swelling. It's better now than it was but still not perfect yet. What are the real signs of a leak so i know what to look for .

This is my first posting here , i've just been reading a lot. My surgery is July 15th at Westchester Medical Center. With Dr Maffei.
