Posting for accountability.... I'm hungry this afternoon, so made a change to today's plan. Meals all stay the same, but instead of the sweet freedom after dinner, I had an Atkins bar just now. It's a healthier choice anyway, right?!? Updated Stats: 897c, 93p, 28nc Did a 36 min exercise video before I cleaned house. I'll either walk outside or inside this evening, depending on the weather, for a total of 75+ minutes.

Hey Hey Hey!!! Top 'o the mornin' to you!! ???? Meals & exercise are planned. I'm gonna knock out half of the exercise this morning and do the other half this evening with my husband. Today: B-8 oz shake w/fiber L-Greek yogurt w/fiber & 2 tbl granola S-8 oz shake w/fiber D-2 egg omelette w/cheese, 2 bacons S-sweet freedom bar 72 oz Water, 5 brisk miles 837c, 83p, 34nc There you have it! I'm off to exercise and then clean house. Have I mentioned that I despise cleaning house!?! Gotta be done, like it or not. ????

@justwatchme-great add to our challenge!! Counting our WLS blessings will help us stay focused and positive. Love it!!! One thing that's changed for me is being able to actively play with my daughter rather than just sit and watch. She loves it and I do too! All is well here! I've got meals planned & prepped. I've got a few errands to run and an otherwise quiet day. Little girl is back at school after 2 weeks of snow days & then spring break. My husband is at work. It's back to our routine and I'm thankful for that! Today' plan: B-8 oz shake w/fiber L-yogurt w/fiber & granola S-8 oz shake w/fiber D-meatloaf 72 oz Water, 5 miles cardio walk (already did 2.5 this morning!) 883c, 87p, 46nc I'll check back later. Have swell Monday and take care of you!!

@@Bandista - that cranberry aloe sounds good!! @@JustWatchMe - you are one busy bee! Kudos for not snacking at the movies! VICTORY! All is well with me today. House hunting stinks. We can't find anything that meets our needs and is in our price range. It's discouraging, but will come in God's time and we really wouldn't have it any other way. Today's plan: B - 8 oz shake w/fiber L - 2 eggs & 2 bacons S - 8 oz shake w/fiber D - chicken & rice Soup 72 oz Water, and a day off from exercise 977c, 90p, 57nc I hope everyone is having a fabulous Sunday afternoon!

Ate according to plan, drank 80 oz Water, walked 3 fast miles. Notching our walking challenge up with some new ankle weights. It's amazing what an extra 1 1/2 pounds per ankle will add to a walk. ???? I've got meals planned for tomorrow. I made a new chicken & rice soup today for tomorrow. All I have to do in the morning is stick it in the crock pot and it will be ready for us after church. Working to make it happen!! @2babutterfly-congrats on that loss!!! Hope your trip is relaxing and fun! Hope everyone is doing well!

Going to look at a few houses today. Scheduled another showing for Monday. If we don't find one, it won't be for a lack of trying! Today will be OP. I've planned and prepped everything to make it easy-peasy. B-8 oz shake w/fiber L-2 eggs & 2 bacons S-8 oz shake w/fiber D-buffalo chicken & baked fries 72 oz Water, 45 min of exercise to make up for a missed walk during the week 1268c, 97p, 50nc @justwatchme-laughed out loud at crapcorn. I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love to eat it, but hate how sick I feel after I do. Enjoy the movie!! @punkinvine-enjoy the day with the family. I'll keep your mom in my prayers. Everybody else- look forward to hearing how you're working the plan!!!

Totally back on plan today. I ate what I posted this morning, had all of my Water and then some, did 81 total minutes of cardio, and generally feel better than yesterday. I hope we're all planning for an OP weekend. We can and need to do this, we can't use weekends as our excuse to slack on clean eating. I'm talking to myself as much as anyone! Let's do this, peeps!!

Good morning!! I hope we're all planning a STRONG Friday that will lead us right into the weekend. Today's plan: B-8 oz shake w/fiber L-Greek yogurt w/fiber & granola S-8 oz shake w/fiber D-Tornados (flank steak pinwheel with parsley & bacon), green Beans 72 oz Water, 5 miles of walking/cardio 791c, 95p, 30nc Okay, there it is. Coming down off sugar today from my birthday treats, but I get what I deserve. No whining and no excuses! If I do have any issues (usually headache), I'll pour on some extra water to flush it out. Let's make it happen!!

Checking in...sounds like everybody is rocking it! Today is my birthday and I've celebrated. My husband took the day off and little one is on spring break, so we spent a glorious day in Gatlinburg. While I haven't totally lost my mind, I've enjoyed food today that I don't normally eat. I did walk a nice, strong 45 minutes tonight in addition to all of the walking today and I've had all of my Water. Tomorrow will be right back to business and I've already got it planned. I'll check in tomorrow with the details.

What Quest bar(s) is/are your favorite? @@JustWatchMe - I appreciate the prayers more than you know. This is tough stuff! I admire your strength and courage for seeing an issue and working through it with the therapist. My father left us after 23 years of marriage and then my sister and I went off to college. Looking back, it had to be such a tough time for her. While it was over 20 years ago, to this day I can't tell you that my mom is totally over it. My father was abusive, so it was a relief in one sense, but like a death in another. Way to go for taking the bull by the horns and dealing with it. You'll be SO MUCH better off for it! @@punkinvine - thanks for checking in! I'm sorry to hear about your mom. Nothing catches God by surprise and He can and will sustain you through this storm. @@2babutterfly - it got to 70 here today and we got outside to walk as well. It felt great!! However, I thought I'd be so smart and strap some ankle weights on before I left. My butt and thighs hurt so bad all night! I walked 2 miles this morning more for relief than exercise! You are certainly working your plan. Way to go!!! @@lisacaron - hope all is well! @@bacon - how's it going?!? My plan for today: B-8 oz shake w/fiber L-bacon & egg pita S-8 oz shake w/fiber D-roast beef 1015c, 98p, 43nc 72 oz Water, 5 miles exercise (2 already completed - BOOM!) Yesterday didn't go exactly as planned in that I didn't eat much dinner and calories were LOW. I don't eat when I'm stressed. I got 64 oz of Water and my morning exercise. The usual evening walk didn't happen because we met our agent to see a couple of houses. My normal 72 oz of water didn't happen because we got home at 8:45 and I can't drink after about 7:30 or I risk reflux. I did what I could and didn't veer off course with food (as I could have on a couple of occasions yesterday), so I'm okay with it. Today's plan: B-8 oz shake w/ Fiber L-bacon & egg pita S-8 oz shake w/ fiber D-pork loin 72 oz water 30 min am & 45 min pm exercise 836c, 82p, 35nc @2babutterfly- Thank you! This house-hunting thing is no joke! My husband and I built our last two homes in GA. The housing market is SO different here, that's not gonna happen and finding one to meet our needs is proving more difficult than I anticipated. Thank you for the prayers. Gooooooood Moooorning!!! Sounds like we're kicking tail and taking names today and I love it! This thread has become so much more than accountability for me, it's like a support group. I'm so thankful for that, but mostly for each of you. Have a swell day and take care of you. PS- On a selfish note, if you believe in the power of prayer, I could use it. We are house-hunting and need God's clarity and wisdom. We want to be completely in His will and need Him to guide our path. God needs to work here because this is a tough housing market for us. My agent is awesome, but God will get all of the glory. Prayers for all of that would be appreciated, this is a stressful season for us and we just desire to be obedient.

Meals planned, Water will be consumed, I take the weekends off from exercise. @@bacon - I'm with you on the exercise and will have to look into the 5k. My surprise last night was a concert with some of my favorite artists - Chris Tomlin, 10th Avenue North, & Rend Collective. It was SO good and my husband scored points for the thoughtful surprise for an early birthday gift. We are off to church and a lazy afternoon after a very late night last night, esp with the time change. I feel a nap coming on... Have a swell day and take care of you!!

1036 c, 91 p, 45 nc Made a change to my plan by slicing the homemade pizza into 6 slices instead of 4 so that I could have a small treat. To stay on plan, I went to the store after dinner and bought sweet freedom krunch lite. It was 100 cal & no added sugar. It was a nice splurge with NO GUILT. Can I get an amen?!? I did a 32 minute video this am and a 45 minute one this pm, so exercise is a check. Tomorrow is my higher calorie/carb day, but I've already got it all planned out. I'll post that plan tomorrow. I hope you guys are rocking your plan. Let's try not to take a step backward this weekend. Who's with me???

@enjoythetime-60s would be nice! We've got sunshine today and I'm thankful for that. Your grilling stuff sounds delish! Enjoy!! I plan to have chicken wings on the grill tomorrow. My husband has a green egg and can grill the wings to taste like they're fried. I have a great recipe for buffalo wing sauce, so we'll roll with that. Like you, grilling keeps me OP and tastes so good too!
