I'd say so! Way to go! I ate OP yesterday, got in all my Water, took a long walk last night. I'll repeat today. I'm meeting my husband for lunch, at a new place, but I'll try to go light and will certainly only eat half of it and bring the other half home. Have a wonderful Wednesday and take care of you!

You okay with the cancellation? I'd be glad if I wasn't getting a fill anyway, but mostly because I have a high deductible & have to pay for those out of pocket! Enjoy the gym, I'm still jealous!

Ate OP yesterday and plan to do the same today. I'll have a shake for breakfast and snack, a P3 for lunch, and shrimp for dinner. I'll get in my 72 oz of Water and a walk with my husband tonight. We got rained out of our walk last night and didn't get very far. Where are you guys?!? I hear nothing but crickets around here!

Good Monday Morning!! I hope everyone had a fabulous Mother's Day weekend. I had a great one! We did lots of grilling, lots of bicycling (13 mile ride on Saturday!), and enjoyed the sunny and warm weather. I'm still not logging food, but am on track and feeling in control. Due to tightness and reflux, I was on liquids Thursday and Friday. I ate solids on Saturday and Sunday, going small and slow, and have had no more issues. Ii plan to do the same today. I'll have a shake for breakfast, a P3 for lunch, and am roasting a chicken and vegetables for dinner. Water isn't an issue for me, except maybe drinking too much sometimes, so I'll get all of it and I'll take a walk with the husband tonight. I hope you all have a great day. I'll check back later. @@2babutterfly - congrats on that great loss! I'll take 1.5 a week anytime! My loss was over almost 2 months, slow & steady, I'll take it! Yea, summer is almost here for you!! If I not back before, Happy Mother's Day, you beautiful women!!!

Woo hoo is right! I'm tickled that you enjoy it! All is well here. I did my weigh-in at the doc today and was down 10 pounds. Only 15 to goal and I'm gonna do it this time. I have been on liquids since yesterday and feel better already. No reflux last night and I can tell that the swelling is going away, thank goodness. I'm looking forward to the weekend and know you are too. Aren't your kids coming home? Our plan is to ride a new trail tomorrow on our bicycles (20 miles total, pray for me!!) and then church and grilling steaks on Sunday. I am packing "salad jars" for our picnic tomorrow, healthy and cool foods! Have a wonderful Friday and fantastic weekend. Take care of you.

I would be excited too. I LOVE working with a trainer! Enjoy! I'm glad to hear it was such a great day!! I had a good day. I ate OP yesterday and took a nice walk in the evening. I'm having some reflux the last couple of nights, not sure why, and am going to all liquids today to see if that helps. I don't know what's causing this sudden onset, so it does have me a little concerned. I just had that barium swallow test, so I'll assume all is well with my band and it's just irritation or something temporary. Any and all suggestions / opinions are appreciated!! Hey, hey, hey!!! Are we making it happen today? I had another successful day yesterday. 8 oz shakes for Breakfast and snack, low sugar sloppy joes for lunch, and salsa chicken for dinner. We started late, but managed a 40 minute walk last night. I also got in all of my Water. Today will be very similar. I'll get in my water & Protein and take a walk this evening. How are you? Hi, everybody!! Day 1 of no logging worked like a charm. Since I've been logging for almost a year, I have a pretty good idea how many carbs & calories, but there was freedom in not logging. I also found that I didn't obsess like I have been and just ate when hungry; it lead to a very successful, strong day. I appreciate your words of encouragement and support SO MUCH!! Yesterday was 2 shakes w/fiber, a P3 for lunch, and 4 one-ounce meatballs with a little sauce for dinner. I got in all of my Water and walked for an hour yesterday. BOOM! Today will be very similar, but with salsa chicken for dinner. @@JustWatchMe - I'm not sure what NSETBEx means, but I'm guessing it's the ex. I'm glad you received what you're due. I hope all went well with the therapist last night and you got some things off your chest. 2babutterfly - It was a huge relief not to obsess over the numbers all day. I felt much more relaxed and in control. I ate small Protein portions when I was hungry and didn't eat when I wasn't. Imagine that?!?! I just told my husband yesterday that I wish I could remember exactly how I did things in the beginning too. Great minds and all that! I'm in the midst of cleaning house. Not my strong suit. I just wanted to pop in here to say hello and check on you ladies. Take care of you!

Happy Monday, peeps!! Well, I'm going to try something new. I'm going to do like you, @@JustWatchMe, and eat without logging it. I'm tired of the weekend binge roller coaster. I feel like I spend all week undoing the damage I did over the weekend. I'm going to quit limiting, quit counting & weighing, quit the guilt. I'm going back to the way I lived when I first had my band. I didn't weigh, didn't measure, didn't count carbs or calories. I ate off of a small saucer, only when I was hungry, and had Protein first. I was extremely successful, stopped binging, and was satisfied with slow and steady loss. Shoot, it got me 130 pounds lost. I've since gained 20 and I want off the roller coaster before that turns to 30, then 40, etc. I am starting today and I have to admit that it feels like I'm back in control already. I'm going to weigh in on a monthly basis at my LB doc too, just like I did years ago. How are you guys???

ground beef (freeze in 1# bags) chicken breasts (freeze individually) beef filet pork loin frozen chicken wings (separated into family serving sizes) butter eggs chicken base *We do A LOT of grilling, so it makes it easy when I have this stuff- frozen in serving sizes - planned & on hand. *I like to pre-marinade, prep, etc so each freezer bag is ready to roll once thawed. *My first of the month is busy with this, but it's super easy for the rest of it!

Good morning and TGIF!!! I've got meals planned and am ready to roll. I'm headed to Sam's this morning to stock up for May. I plan meals for the month and do my major shopping at the beginning of the month. Then, each week all I have to get is fresh produce, milk, bread, and fill-in items. It works for me. Today's plan: B - 8 oz shake w/fiber L - Quest bar S - 8 oz shake w/fiber D - homemade pizza 803c, 87p, 38nc 72 oz Water & 45 min walk with my husband this evening I hope all of you have a wonderful day. @@JustWatchMe - I'm so thankful that things went well for you on Monday. I thought about you all day. @@2babutterfly - chicks hatching, how cool! I watch an eagle's nest online and loved watching their eggs hatch. There's now two eaglets that are almost ready to fledge. I love the process each year! All is well here. I did get in my exercise yesterday, thank goodness. I have already done a 35 minute Jessica Smith video this morning, so I'm halfway there for today. As for house hunting, gardening would be wonderful and 2 acres would be a dream! We are very limited right now due to having to be in the right school district for our daughter. It's also a sellers market, houses go under contract as soon as they're listed, so it's not ideal. God has a plan for us; it's all going to happen in His timing, not mine, and it's a lesson I keep having to learn.

Like you, I feel so good & strong when my food is under control. Kudos for making it happen for YOU! @@punkinvine - we are glad to see spring as well. Now if we could just find a house and have a yard to work/play in! @@2babutterfly - you back in the swing after your weekend? Are you testing yet? I gotta admit, I miss some things about teaching, but that's not one of them! All is well here. I ate according to plan all day long, even eating out twice, until evening. I got into a treat that is a weakness. Instead of binging on the whole thing, I handed it to my husband and had him eat the other half. I did drink an extra 24 oz of Water to wash it down and maybe help flush it a little. It's also logged into my fitness pal so that I'm not in hiding or denial about it. The big girl is still alive and well in my head; however, her bad habits sure made me feel like junk last night. I felt so yucky after eating out and the treat. Why in the heck do I do that to myself?!? Today is a new day and there's no eating out, thank goodness. My plan: B - 8 oz shake w/fiber L - greek yogurt w/fiber & granola S - 8 oz shake w/fiber D - 2 egg omlette & 2 bacons 72 oz of water, 75 minutes exercise (30 minutes already done!!) 777c, 84p, 26nc Hope you guys have a swell hump day and take care of you!!
