BEGINNING IN EARLY SEPTEMBER, I INCREASED MY CALORIE AND CARB INTAKE CONSIDERABLY TO MY BOOST ENERGY AND SLOW MY WEIGHT LOSS. I DID THIS ON PURPOSE FOR MY HEALTH. THE SLEEVE IS STILL WORKING WONDERFULLY.
