Thank you! Such golden words of wisdom! I did note that I have not been banded yet, but the journey there has been a very emotional one and I am noticing so much about myself. Things I like, don't like, need to change.. relationships ..things that need attention or things in my life I need to get rid of. This journey, so far, has been an awakening, for lack of a better word. And I know this is only the beginning. Thank you again for sharing! Great words of advice we can all benefit from! -

WOW!! Congratulations!! You should really try to talk to someone because down 100lbs is an amazing feat and you should be celebrating your success..not hiding behind XXL shirts! I'm sure you look amazing! But you're right..it is very much a mental game..as much as it is a physical game. Thank you so much for sharing and all the best as you continue on your journey!! -

Thank you so much for sharing!! You have just given me a great idea.. that ribbon deal is a great way to keep a constant reminder in front of you everyday! I can certainly relate to this! I haven't been banded yet..but even on my attempts to lose weight before I couldn't see it. I know it's going to come down to mind over matter. That's really what it's always been. Congratulations on your success!! 100lbs..that's amazing!! Stop going into Lane Bryant.. lol you've earned the right to shop the petite racks! LoL! I know how you felt.. I've been a bridesmaid/maid of honor way too many times fat..I'm ready for some thin bridesmaid/MoH moments! I always feel awkward cuz it usually turns out I'm the biggest one up there..and just very uncomfortable. I find myself standing next to my friends thinking "why do you have to be such a good friend!?!" LoL! j/k'ing.. You still look gorgeous though! -
I feel myself fading.. I'm so mentally exhausted.. feels like my mind is being pulled in so many different directions. On top of that..I'm having an issue w/visualizing my "inner thin girl" =/ ..getting a little discouraged w/that. O well..trying to keep my chin up! Hope you all have a fantastic week! =)

Had my last appt this (well yesterday now) morning.. I'm so glad to have that out of the way. I have to turn in my 2 letters for insurance and make sure my Psych Eval has been sent over. All loose ends now.. no more appts for now. Blah..I'm so ready to get this done! O well.. settling in and ready to be patient and wait for my time! Hope you all are great! =)

Endoscopy: check! Just one more appt, Monday morning and I can be submitted to insurance! Sheesh..I feel like I'm barely hanging on sometimes.. there are moments where I wonder if it's really worth it. I'm hanging in there, nevertheless! My endo went ok.. it was a little traumatic *read previous update comments* ...but for the most part it was good. They took great care of me. So glad for the light at the end of the tunnel... Hope everyone has a great rest of the week! =)

Had a great time at the spa! Upper Endoscopy tomorrow.. A little nervous! My best friend is taking me and thankfully she's had one..so she's kind of calming my nerves. This should do it for me. The WLC rescheduled my nutrition follow up for next Monday..but that's ok. I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel and that alone is so encouraging! Hope you all have an amazing week!

Great news! I got my call today to schedule my Upper Endoscopy!! Well..it's great news to me! lol..that means it takes me one step closer to finishing all these prereqs! It's set for next Tuesday! Then my follow up Nutrition appt. Thursday and that is IT!! So happy!! I'm off to the spa for the weekend! Hope you all have a great one! <3 =D
