if you are heading north on HWY 52 near Zumbrota make sure you don't speed, there are 3 that we seen just now pulling people over. (( no I wasn't one of them, I am a good girl! )) Just an FYI:

just got back home from venturing out to get groceries and run a couple of errands in Rochester. Holy moly... too muggy for me! I am so glad I have my AC on here at home... so comfy in here!!! <3

is headed back out in this awful heat to keep books for Katelynn Leibold's softball team. One game down.... two more to go! Please Mother nature.... push the clouds back over the softball fields to keep the girls cool!

took a benedryl to help with my sneezing and runny nose but now I feel like I could use a nap! LOL! This weather isn't making it any easier either..... cloudy, rainy, the thunder is rolling.... perfect sleeping weather!

Hello Everyone.... I am new to things like this and am not too sure of what I am doing. I have struggled with weight loss all of my life. I don't know what it feels like to be thin. I am at a point in my life where I want to enjoy life to the fullest. I am trying to figure out what would be best for me. I have researched the lap band surgery and thought it might be the thing for me but now as I research more I have doubts. I have friends that have had the gastric bypass surgery with great results but I have also seen how they are slowly putting the weight back on. Which leads me here to research about this sleeve surgery. It looks to be alot like the gastric bypass. Anyone out there willing to help me figure this all out? Details about me.... I am 5'3" tall and I currently weigh 301 pounds. I have no energy to do anything. I love playing softball but this weight is really dragging me down. I am 36 years old and feel like I could live life better. I have two daughters that I want to be able to do more things with. I don't know what else to say.....

was amazed at how many treasures we found under the couch today when I pulled it out to mop the floor under there.... I think it is part of the Bermuda Triangle because we found lots of things we had lost! LOL! Ha ha! :-)

Thank you so much everyone for your replies. I really need the support and encouragement to keep me positive about it all. I will keep researching things to see what I can do to help me on my way. -
