Hello...I took a cruise 3 months after surgery and it was not bad. I actually had a blast. (#12) I was really nervous because I was still a little nauseous at times after eating. I really watched what I ate mainly because I didn't want to get sick and spoil the trip for our entire group. The staff was extremly helpful. I ate out of small bowls and only had Water to drink. Also...keep a peice of fruit with you at all times. You will be fine...Have fun!!! Katrina~

Hello....currently I go every 2 to 3 days. I had some BM issues around my 6 month mark. My one year anniversary is coming up next month on the 13th and I've lost 156 pounds. Please drink your liquids.....I went through hell when I couldn't GO. No matter what, I always have a bottle of Water in my purse. Drink...drink....drink. Katrina~

That's awesome and you look amazing! My one year anniversary is coming up on July 13th and I have lost 156 pounds. I can't stop shopping. Every weekend I'm finding myself buying more cloths and shoes. I must admit I look and feel great. I can't believe I didn't make the decision to have the surgery sooner.. Katrina~

I feel pretty good about my decision, but my nerves are getting the best of me. Thanks for the support. What advice can you give me regarding the liquid diet that may be helpful after my surgery next week?

Hi...My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, July 13th. I am super nervous. My pre-op starts on Monday, July 11th. I feel a lot better after seeing so many of us are taking this journey together.
