    Well, tomorrow I have my first post-op appt, I was banded on July 8, 2011. I weighed 208
     
    lbs. prior to surgery and am very nervous about my first appt. My fear...... what if I haven't lost
     
    any weight??? I have not gone near a scale since surgery!! Yes, no weight loss scares me.....I
    need some words of encouragement, okay? Also, this is my first ever blog post, they will get better, I hope.
