  3. I am LOVING my sleeve--I have had no problems--weight is pouring off--did I mention that I LOVE MY SLEEVE???

  5. Today it has been three months--whooooooo what a ride!!! Since I started the pre diet sept 1, 2011 I am down 98 pounds!!!!! I will try to get some new photos soon---the after pix above was taken at 2 1/2 months--I have lost 20 more since then!!! This is the best thing I have EVER done!!!!
  6. WOW i had surgery on thursday and could have went back to work of monday...
  7. oh i forgot--i do have trouble getting protein--i am working on it--i am severely lactose intolerant (have been my whole life) and sleevey does not like eggs, fish, protein powder drinks of any kind, and has a hard time with chicken--the easiest thing to eat has been hamburger meat--so i wake up each day as a new chance to get protein in--i feel great though--i figure before my sleeve all the protein i was getting was around 20g a day...
  8. i am taking double doses of Vitamins, plus the walking. my hair has not been falling out yet--i sure hope it stays that way, but i am prepared mentally if it does. once a week i boost my calories and eat A LOT of carbs--that seems to be keeping me from having too long of stalls --seems like i loose 5 pounds the day i eat all those carbs--lol my main problem is that i just don't want anything to eat--nothing sounds good and nothing taste good--well, sweets sound good but i have dumping so that is out!! i am really having to force myself to eat--that is the only problem i have had so far
  9. i stay under 600 cals a day--mainly eating atkins bars--just really don't want much--walking two miles every morning and one mile at night
  10. my sleeve loves cheese--hates eggs my sleeve hates carbs : ( my sleeve hates sweets my sleeve loves hamburger meat
  11. I had surgery in mexico on a thursday night--and then we drove home to Texas--and I could have went back to work on Monday...

I seem to be stepping it down--I stall for about a week--then start loosing and gaining--like loose three gain one, loose one, gain one--for about a week--then the step is lower--(by about 10 pounds than when the week started)--then it starts all over again--I don't know why, but it seems to be working for me!!
  13. I haven't felt full yet--I always stop at three bites!!! that is plenty for me--I could pretty much not eat again EVER but I know I have too--so I eat three meals a day--three bites at each--I haven't slimed--or threw up--or anything--and I plan on keeping it that way!!!

    i craved it too--but it is loaded with carbs so that is probably what i was really craving
  15. at about 50 pounds lost, my knees pain stopped---dr is checking me next month (three month checkup) to take me off the cholesterol meds
  16. I stay under 800 calories a day and under 50 carbs-- those are my guidelines--now--I actually stay at around 400 calories a day and less than 20 carbs--i stay at that low end until i stall then i eat about double that and it makes me go back to loosing--

    WHOOP WHOOP went to the sales last night and bought size 14 SLIM jeans--thats down from 24 just 2 1/2 months ago--this just gets better and better!!!!

    mine was a tiny cup of thick clear fluid--it went down in one gulp--not that big of a deal
  19. water on an empty tummy makes me sick--i just try to have a small bite of food first--then i can get the water down just fine
