  1. I get it--I tried to "lube" some peanut butter up because I was having trouble getting it down--so I lubed it with syrup (one of my fav combinations pre-op) I thought I was dying!!! I have tried syrup a few other times and find I just can't do it!!! I don 't get it with carbs at all--but also had it when I tried to eat a BITE of cake--guess I needed it like miss diva!!!

Breast Reduction and Lift Before Sleeve

I had a reduction about 15 years ago--the only thing I can tell right now is that they are not as perky as before--a little saggy--but overall--I haven't lost anything in them yet--still waiting--I am hoping to be completely flat chested when this is all over with
  4. i used christi at successfully slimmer and had dr kelly--i remember being worried about being scammed too--but i am two months out now and very happy with my decision
  5. christi is real--I'm sorry I don't know anything about that dr--but dr kelly is AWESOME!!! I was sleeved almost two months ago and couldn't be happier with my results
  6. ok--so I went to the bank this morning--(I live in a small town where everyone knows I had VSG) and the girls working in there start telling me that my clothes are way too baggy and that they look bad. Now, this is a little bit NSV and a little concerning. Concerning because I don't feel like I am ready for tighter clothes yet. I have spent the last 20 years making sure that my clothes covered everything and were never tight on me--the less skin they actually touched the better. Elastic waist and VERY long shirts have been normal for me. A friend called me the other day and told me she had a bunch of clothes for me so I went and got them and they all fit--but they are tight--not tight like they are too small--but tight like in style--I just can't see myself wearing them right now I have went from a tight size 24 to a nice fitting 14/16 in two months so I am happy about that--I am just a little worried about when will my head catch up with my body? I keep thinking that no one will even be able to notice that I have lost weight and am surprised when someone says something about it. Just wondering how long till your mind knows you are thinner???

    How Are The Spitfires Doing?

feeling great!!! I am currently in my second week stalled and wishing it would quit-- I can't drink the Protein at all--the smell gags me--so I am doing the best I can with food--I don't eat cottage cheese or yogurt so I am just doing the best I can I didn't feel the restriction at first, but now two bites is about my limit--I have found if I eat more than that, I don't eat for the rest of the day--just too full!!! liquids are not a problem, but about two weeks ago, I started getting sick to my stomach when I would drink water--so I haven't been able to get much of it down lately I feel great and the loss is really starting to show--my only real problem is the 4 am wake-ups--i feel like I will never sleep through the night again!!!!
  18. i was sleeved by dr kelly on sept 8th--had absolutely no problems--actually left early and drove half way across the country on the way home!! no complications and NO pain!!!

    After eating too fast

LOL I have been wondering about this--it seems like every time I take a drink for the past few days I sneeze--it has been driving me crazy!!!! I have had the runny nose too--I am having issues with slowing down when I eat and drink--(old habits are hard to break) now I guess I know...
  22. It seems, that since my surgery, I go to bed at a normal time, but seem to wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and can't go back to sleep--this started about three days after surgery and continues until now --almost three weeks-- I never had a problem like this before. Did anyone else experience this?? Any idea??
