Hi, Ruthie Here from Saint Louis. My surgery is scheduled 2/1. I start pre-op on Sat. for 5 days. I was told I could have coffee, tea, sugar free jello, apple juice, popicles, gatorade and add isopure protein power to my food getting 50grams daily. I also need a chewable multi vit and calcuim 1000mg a day. -
