I had VSG Surgery on November 15, 2010. I'm 5'3 in height, my heaviest weight was 272 pounds. I'm feeling a lot better as the pounds drop. My goal weight is @ 150 pounds. My hair is now thinning, taking biotin and zinc. But, still it's the best thing I could have done.
