As a teenager I always had to work very hard to keepmy weight down by excersicing and always dieting  As I got older he task becae harder and in my mid 30's the task bacame too much and I began to weaken t the love of food and mosly sweets.
At 38  decided I needed some help to get back to the me I once knew.  A thinner me.  I called TrueResults and scheduled a time to go to a seminar.  A few weeks later I made the decison to have the surgery...scheduled it and my life has gone back to norml and back to the me I used to be as a teenager (healthwise)
After a yar i had some issues with my fills and had to have the liquid removed after losing 70lbs in a yr.  Its been a year and 4 months since I have had no fll ad have gained 12 to 15 lbs.   Not gained much in thattie and I am happy with my size and my health.
