2nd fill tomorrow. Am excited to see what their scale is showing. According to mine have lost 2 lbs this week.

30 minute power walk with a friend then 5 miles on the bike at the gym (32 minutes) still getting nauseous after a big workout. Hope that ends soon. Back for 2nd fill tomorrow!

attempted 2 hour session of zumba tonight. Only made 90 minutes and about overdid it, Feel better now. 30 minute walk in the morning with a friend and then to the gym for strength training and maybe some other cardio.

I am dealing with a positivity overload today! Feeling great not only about the future but about the here and now. NO REGRETS!

1 mnth post op & have only lost 4 lbs. It's time to get serious with exercise and calorie intake.

Doesn't matter how fast I get there or what's waiting on the other side, it's all about the climb! I am going to keep moving, Keep climbing.
